Management and Change in Africa

Welcome to our newly redesigned website.

The original site, going back to 2002, hosted the project Management and Change in Africa. You will still find many of the original resources for that project, and for the book Management and Change in Africa: A Cross-cultural Perspective (London:Routledge, 2004). But the research has developed since then to encompass cross-cultural management of NGOs; the issues in International Development of both management and cross-cultural interaction North to South, across borders, and inter-ethnically; to focus particularly on cross-cultural management in health project delivery in the area of HIV/AIDS and TB. Above all we have been concerned with the apparent gap between the resources that go into international development, and the outcomes.
